All references to ‘the Presenter’ in this agreement refers to Neha Arora. All references to ‘you’ refers to event attendees.

Video Record & Release Consent

I hereby irrevocably authorize Neha Arora to record the session & to copy, exhibit, publish or distribute the video for purpose of publicizing her programs or for any other lawful purpose. These may be used in printed publications, multimedia presentations, websites, or any other distribution media.
I agree that I will make no monetary or other claims against Neha Arora for the use of the video.
In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, wherein my likeness or my video appears.
I hereby hold harmless and release Neha Arora from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or behalf of my estate have or may have because of this authorization.
Since anyone can download an image from the Internet or make copies from printed materials, I agree that Neha Arora is not responsible for unauthorized use of the images/video.

General Courtesy
The attendee agrees to behave appropriately and respectfully towards everyone at the event, including the Presenter, other attendees. All mobile phones must be switched off during the event and video or audio recording of any part of the event is not permitted without express consent.
You agree not to attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, except those medications which have been prescribed by your doctor.

Health & Medical Conditions
The attendee must disclose to the Presenter, any medical or physical condition or disability (‘impairment’) that will or might increase the normal risks associated with participation in this event, and if applicable, confirm to the Presenter that he/she has received their Doctor’s consent to participate in the event. It is also not advisable to participate in a group hypnosis if an attendee has epilepsy or a psychotic disorder.
Any health or medical information provided by the attendee will not be shared without his/her permission unless there is an emergency in which case it will be shared with such emergency service provider(s).
 

Deepening Process
I hereby grant permission to the Presenter to respectfully lift my arm, touch my shoulder, or rock my head during my Rapid Transformational Therapy® session(s) in order to help facilitate the deepening process.

Information Provided at this Event
The attendee acknowledges that the Presenter is not a licensed physician, psychologist, or medical practitioner of any kind and that hypnotherapy should not be considered a replacement for the advice and/or services of a psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, or doctor, and all information provided is for educational purposes only and does not constitute any sort of medical or financial advice. Attending this event does not qualify an attendee to teach these skills.
The attendee acknowledges and is aware that strong emotional responses may arise as a result of the activities presented at the event. In addition, this event is not for the purpose of personal therapeutic care as the Presenter is not aware of any attendees past emotional or medical history. The attendee accepts the risk of every decision made based on the information he/she learns at this event.

Guarantee
I understand that although Rapid Transformational Therapy® has an incredibly high success rate, the Presenter cannot and does not guarantee results since personal success depends on many factors that the Presenter has no control over, including willingness and desire to effect the changes.

Liability & Indemnity
Under no circumstances will the Presenter be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or other damages (including without limitation lost profits, lost revenues, or similar economic loss), whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of the advice or information provided to you during professional services provided by Neha Arora. In addition, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Neha Arora harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your participation in the professional services.

Responsibility for your physical and emotional wellbeing remains with you as the attendee and participation in the event
