All of us have an inner child. It is that part of us that feels hurt, neglected, and rejected. It is that part of us that never grew up because of its unmet childhood needs.

Healing our inner child is about meeting those unmet childhood needs. In this session, we will understand more about our inner child and then go through a healing journey using Rapid Transformational Therapy.
