     No. This is beginner-friendly and professionally guided.

  2. What if I miss a session?

      Replays will be available in your portal. You can revisit anytime.

  3. Will this take a lot of time?

      Just 90 minutes per week live, plus simple micro-practices that fit into your workday not disrupt it.

  4. Will this be therapeutic or triggering?

      It’s not therapy, but it is therapeutic. You’ll never be pushed beyond your capacity.
