As women, we carry so much.

Unspoken emotions.
Endless responsibilities.
The quiet weight of caring for others.

We move through our days holding everything together, often without noticing how subtly we’ve drifted away from ourselves.

We nurture.
We support.
We show up.

And yet, we rarely pause to feel what it’s like to be held, seen, and supported in return.

HELD is an invitation to come back.​

A gentle, trauma-informed women’s circle where you are invited to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body.​

​

Through simple somatic practices, guided reflection, and shared presence, we’ll explore what it feels like to soften into safety  to settle the nervous system and experience support from within, without pressure or performance.

This is not a space to fix or improve yourself.
There is nothing to achieve here.

You don’t have to hold it all alone.
